Today we had a training booked in with JAF training company the training was delivered with the aim to support staff in learning and development, Julie introduced herself to the staff team present and ready for learning, it was valuable learning for the team, Julie put it across with ease enabling the staff present who had experience in the care sector there was a wide range of experience with the staff team attending we even had a new starter with the company, my role with the company is the RI of I Support children’s services, I’d like to say Julie was professional in delivering the training today being Pace, I enjoyed the refresher of learning and topping up my knowledge again. Thank you to JAF training we will certainly be using you again.
