Great session! Julie took time to establish where each learner was at before starting training. She was down to earth and related her conversation/training to daily life within their roles within Residential Childcare. As someone more experienced in the role, it was good to see how Julie related her training to life on the job, teaching everyone to go back to thinking about trauma when faced with challenges.
