We are a supported accommodation provider and have been using Julie for all our in-house training for over a year.  Staff have grown in knowledge, confidence and more importantly feel equipped to support vulnerable young people in achieving positive outcomes and successful transitions into independence.  Julie has played an integral part in this journey and helped shape us into a better provider in a regulated world since our Ofsted Registration. The staff have enjoyed Julies interactive approach in learning and supporting everyone. She has accommodated our training every month around our business needs, being flexible with timings/approach. 

As a service we recommend JAF training to any provider working with young people as her approach, delivery and knowledge are fantastic.  We have enrolled two of our senior staff members to undertake the level 5 with Julie and will continue to increase that cohort as the new year progresses as well as the ongoing training courses.
