I was enrolled on the level 5 course for 2 and half years and because of various setbacks with that company, changes of assessors and the organisation that I was signed up with, closing down. I have really struggled to focus and stay motivated. Julie came along and through her knowledge and character has got me through to the end with JAF. She set small, achievable targets and then, pushed me if these were not reached in the timescale. I am so pleased to get the level 5 of my back and so greatful for Julie in remaining patient and supportive with me, through testing times!
