Julie is an amazing mentor, assessor to all of the staff team that she has supported through NVQ 3 and NVQ 5. She is approachable and helps to progress students at their own pace, whilst also encouraging them to complete their courses in a timely manner. Julie gives me regular updates on the progress of staff members who are training with her and will help in any way possible to fully support them and our company.
