Julie Fox has supported and encouraged me throughout the completion of my level 3, she has always been there on the telephone if I was stuck or needed to ask questions. The course has given me great knowledge of my job role, company procedures and working with young people, I have gained better confidence within my role and understand working with young people and I am looking forward to helping others with the knowledge I have gained.
