Julie Fox has supported and encouraged me through out my completion of my level 3, she has always been there on the telephone if I was stuck or needed to ask question. The course has given me great knowledge of my job role, company procedures and working with young people, I have gained better confidence within my role and understand working with young people and I am looking forward to help others with the knowledge I have gained.
