We have been working with Julie Fox since 2014. Julie’s work ethic and consistency is very much valued by myself and the team. Julie has offered classroom training and induction, and more recently bespoke training based on our service needs. Julie has used her skills in coaching and mentoring with a variety of the team, from all levels of skills and competences. Julie has delivered sector specific training, management qualifications and supported us with preparation for CQC and contract inspections. Due to the successful outcomes achieved in these inspections, we have given Julie the autonomy to work with our teams based on their development needs and the needs of the service.

Julie understands the service that we offer, she is a sector expert and she brings her own skills, knowledge and approachability that supports our teams to excel in their roles. Her flexible approach enables us to continuously increase the quality of our training and development and we have several staff members that have engaged in development opportunities that historically would not have done so.  Julie’s values and ethos are in line with our own, she consistently works to a high standard and nothing is too much for her when she is asked to change training plans or meet business needs. Since she has been working regularly with our service and teams, we have been able to focus on other areas of the business. We are confident that she has our training needs covered and that we can rely on her to manage this independently, giving us time to apply our skills to other areas of service delivery.
