In just 9 months I have managed to complete my level 5. Julie is relaxed, making learning enjoyable. She is flexible and worked around my sometimes hectic work schedule. A very knowledgable assessor with an understanding of the ever changing industry. Although I completed it quickly, Julie allowed me to work at a pace that I felt comfortable with, offering support at every turn.
