Julie is an excellent learning mentor who I highly recommend. I was relatively new to the residential role when I started my level 3. The course allowed me to build the underpinning knowledge and put this into real life working practice giving me the confident within my role and making me the best I can possibly be. I would like to thank Julie for all her support and continued commitment. I am very much looking forward to completing more courses with ICQ.
