When I first started my diploma I was very sceptical about it. I was nervous and a bit anxious about not being able to complete it as I hadn’t done anything like this for 30 years. I feel the further I went in the better I got and I feel proud of achieving my diploma. A lot of this is down to Julie who has been very encouraging throughout the process. She has made me feel at ease during phone calls and helped me gain confidence the further I progressed. I never felt rushed and Julie gave me the time and encouragement to achieve this & can’t thank her enough. Again I am happy what I have achieved and would like to maybe progress in the future and use Julie again. Thank you so much happy days
