I never really feel the need or have the time to leave feedback, but if I was to, then this would be a person who would more than deserve it. I first met Julie at the start of my new career, only a year ago. Being a nervous person anyway, especially around groups of people. Adding the fact of joining a new and very complex and vast industry. As you can imagine it would be very overwhelming to me personally. Julie has been responsible for all my training since I began. I’m not the brightest in the box and I have always struggled to remember and to digest information. However, Julie has been amazing,
Not only is she kind and patient, but she delivers results in a way I have never been taught or seen before. Every training session is different, lots of different personality’s combined with all levels of the industry, even directors of the company at times. Every training session has been more than brilliant.  I never thought i’d say this, but I actually really look forward to them. Julie makes you feel so confident and comfortable, I feel I can shout out at any time if I am unsure, get chance to express my thoughts and opinions. And most importantly, learn. Julie’s results are amazing and I wouldn’t be doing my job so confidently and knowledgeable now without Julie’s time, patience and training. I have just recently started my NVQ level 3 and so excited to continue and progress in my future career. I just wanted to personally say a massive thankyou to you Julie.
