Completing this course was particularly challenging especially after the Covid-19 pandemic broke up. The skills learned will without any doubt positively impact on my care delivery and team management. Despite the hard working conditions we had to adapt to due to the pandemic, The tutor provided encouragement and created a manageable timetable compatible to my to my other job role duty. The tutor was very flexible and tried to adapt to my shifts requirements in order to achieve the completion of this work. All these combined, I can’t thank enough my tutor Julie Fox who showed her commitment, patience, willingness to support me during the difficult period of the course with a determination to overcome all the challenges encountered and get this course completed
