I was very nervous and apprehensive about doing this course as I have been out of education for some time, Julie Reassured me that I can do this and was more than capable of completing it. At first, I found it hard to get myself motivated to start the units, once I had my phone call assessments I then started on the written units and started working my way through them, I found the course interesting and was this able to help me within my role within my workplace. I felt relaxed with Julie and she was able to direct me and guild me through the course. Julie is very approachable and knowledgeable which is a great help when I was so unsure in the first instinct. With the sense of achievement, I have made I’m considering doing another course Level 5. |
